“First and most important, is double check your credit card. I was charged 2x. At check in they charged me for my stay even though I already paid thru Expedia. Getting it reversed took a couple days because there was never a manager available.
Breakfast is served from 6-9am but the first 3 days of my 5 day stay, they were out of food shortly after 8am.
Room service is only available if you ask for it, which is fine, but we were not told that during our check in process. At the end of day 2, I...

“Room was full of mold. Bathroom had even more mold. Zero water pressure. No bathroom vent. Staff was super nice and friendly. A/c worked great, which is why we didn’t complain. Would we stay again? No but it worked for time being. ”

“Comfortable and clean room! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. elevator was down but I was able to get the last room on the first floor. Pool was really cold and could be cleaned.
Rust in the tub. Fridge did not cool properly and took a full day to cool. Microwave works but the buttons weren’t functioning properly. My key didn’t work on my second day. I told the staff and was given another key! Very close to Knoxville! Overall I enjoyed my stay! I would stay again! ”
