“The room was clean and comfortable and over all exceeded my expectations.”

“I checked in and was given a room that was infested with roaches. I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows...

“I am really unhappy with how my family was treated. I came in for one night stay and they cancelled my reservation that I booked a month in advance. When I talked to AJ (front desk) he said “sorry I had to cancel your reservation because I have only one housekeeper today”. My little girl was so excited to stay but we had to tell her that he cancelled our room. Never have I been treated so badly.
