“Wonderful”

“Room was tidied every day. only issue was an inoperable floor lamp. Breakfast at the adjacent Denny's every day turned out better than I expected. Elevator is too small for a hotel of this size. Beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to have hot water for tea at the coffee stand on the first floor. Elevator”

“Loved the fresh baked cookies when we arrived. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.”

“Parkinglot was being used for construction and we had to park far away staff was not friendly or accommodating and we felt unsafe because of our car being so far away we had very little towels tv remote did not work one light in our room didn’t work”

“Nice convenient spot. The towels and bedding seemed a bit outdated and had rips in them, everything was clean though. Nice pool and the parking is easy.”

“The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. The room was great, the bed was awesome, even the water pressure was awesome. Just had a very pleasant stay. Our new home away from home in Salem. Staff was helpful in every way. “I walked in and felt my body relax immediately. The space was fresh, clean, welcoming, and easy to navigate to my room. As I had been driving for about 9 hours, I needed this and it delivered. Staff were courteous, pleasant and helpful. Accessing my room was easy. I was too tired to access most amenities though I was able to order specific safe foods from the restaurant ( many food allergies and celiac) so that was miraculous! “Our room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom/tub could use a little update, good air conditioning , continental breakfast was ok and, the staff was friendly which made our check-in very easy.”

“Horrible room. Hard wood floors made it very noisy. Cracked mirror in bathroom. Loud neighbors but again probably only because of the floors. Do not go here!!!”

“Old property… They were renovating the 4th floor. Room was clean, but run down and old furniture. Stayed on the 3rd floor. Floor was squeaky. King bed was comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. No breakfast, but coffee in the lobby.”

“The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own.”
