This hotel gives you a lot of value and extras that you have to pay for other places. “Very attentive staff. We had trouble with neighbors loud at 3:30 am & that got handled quickly by security once we called, then the next morning they gave us a new room. Good location. Comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salem!”

“Was noisy. No hot water in the morning for shower. We didn’t have high expectations because of the price and it met our needs.”

“This is really a boarding house. The bathroom was dirty , the for if hamburger cooking, and a non secure entry door left us with no choice but to find another hotel for the night. We were told by Brenda the hotel Manager that we would get a refund back from Expedia, but now Expedia says the hotel will not provide the refund to pass on. “Everything was great. The only thing I would say is. The bed was a bit firm for my liking.”

“If you’re sensitive to strong, perfumy scents, this is not the hotel for you. There are multiple air fresheners throughout the hallways that spray frequently. There was even one that spreyed in the elevator. While there weren’t any air fresheners plugged into the rooms themselves, a strong fragrance would rush in every time the door was opened. Simply walking from my room to the car made my eyes water and triggered an immediate migraine.”

“At 7:30 am they started hammering on level 4, I was on level 3, also got in shower and thought it was going to fall thru floor it was so creaky”

“It was a nice hotel I felt bad the staff had to deal with an intoxicated man who literally defecated on our floor in the hall. Too many rules. No visitors. Can't use stairs to go out side door. I smoke and I prefer to go outside and I can't always use the elevator because I have issues with my ears and equilibrium. They were very kind when they found out we had a service animal which was amazing. Thank you for being so accommodating considering.”
