“Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. ”

“There was a leak and all of our clothes got soaked. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT.”

“Overall, my stay was good and the hotel was comfortable. The room was clean and the location/convenience to the airport was great. However, one downside was the soundproofing. I stayed on the first floor, and I could clearly hear people walking around in the unit above me, which was quite noticeable at times. Aside from that, the experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay.”

“If you are driving a pickup truck stay somewhere else. The parking is the worst that I have ever seen. Very small and cramped spaces. I had to stop and back up just to get on to the ramp to go up additional floors. And then once I found a space it was very narrow and very short. It took an 18 point turn to get in to the space straight. Seriously, this parking is absolutely terrible. And after the first day (I stayed 2 nights) my parking garage credentials expired and it wouldn't let me in. So I...
