“Hotel was clean but felt almost prison like. Halls were bleak and the elevator felt like a used model instead of a new one to match the exterior. Door would get stuck and no visible certificate for the elevator”

“This is the first time I experienced arriving at a hotel, only to find out, due to the hotel staff not doing their due diligence (the basic requirement of verifying the identity of someone checking in against the booking), that they checked someone else into my room!”

“Needs cleaning the bathtub had a black ring all around it. When you walk thru the hallways they smell like pot. People on the front were not helpful at all, didn’t give any information on how to get to our rooms or the breakfast information. The breakfast was an ok the breakfast room was super small”

“Tv never worked, ac didn’t work on a 90 degree weekend, room stayed around 88 the whole time. Got locked out of my room for hours with my dog because they key card battery died and nobody had a key or replacement to fix it, battery key fob on my side of the hotel also didn’t work for majority of my stay :)”

“The pool and hot tub were both closed. Was ok for one night, staff was friendly and helpful. Carpets were very old and stained but you can tell they are starting upgrades. Rooms were clean, and so were the linens.”

“The room was just dingy not well cleaned or maintained. The tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Asked for a late check out and they said it was fine for 12p. Housekeepers came at 11:15 and kick us out of the room because it was on there list to clean. Rude didn’t even check front desk.”

“Soon after coming into the room I had to use the bathroom. I noticed there was pee splatter on the rim and other odd substance. I cleaned it off before using it. My toddler was with me and while he opened the drawer he pulled out a facial razor out that someone else had left behind, very dangerous! The pillows smelled very bad like sweat. Then as we prepared to sleep with the AC on… the AC did not in fact work so we had to open the window and just heard loud freeway traffic all night. I’ll pay...
