“It was clean, the gentleman at the front desk had a great smile, was helpful and always greeted us coming and going. We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised that we didn't even have to ask for clean sheets or clean towels for the second night. We were gone all day and came back to a clean room and refreshed with coffee and coffee cups. We also noted how hard the women worked in the breakfast area. Washing down tables, counters and refreshing eggs, sausage, pastries,etc. Doing it...

“This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Nothing spectacular but clean, breakfast was good, but the best part was the staff…everyone was super nice and super helpful. Location was very convenient.”

“It was okay. No amenities. Clean room. Bad mini fridge. Shampoo but not conditioner. Place needed updating. Bad coffee. Bed was fine. Clean bedding.”

“For an older place it was nice. The day shift front desk person was very rude but the night shift person was great. I did have to kill several small ants in my bathroom and at the desk. ”

“The TV wasn’t working, the light switch wasn’t working, there was no soap around the sink area. Showerhead hits about shoulder high. Etc.”

“Where do I start?? Let's see... the first night I was staying near the front desk and the front desk staff was pretty loud as I tried to sleep. I asked for a wake-up call at 6:15am, and they called me at 4:15am! The front desk person said the 6 looked like a 4! Interesting. At some point in the night someone opened up the outside door (my room actually had two doors). Luckily the inside chain lock was on, and the door only opened an inch or so. The next day when I returned, the same door...

“The gym was really poor. Everything else was awesome. ”

“There was no Poole and there was no gym !! False advertising. . I would like my money back ! ”

“There was a leak and all of our clothes got soaked. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT.”
