“My flight out of Boise was canceled late at night. The booking and check-in process here was quick and easy. The young lady at the front desk was polite and very helpful. The courtesy shuttle was exceptionally convenient with my four-year-old child. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Thanks for saving me & my family. ”

“The Room was very clean and I didn’t notice any major problems with any of the furnishings. The was very kind, courteous and had excellent customer service skills. The only problem was the ice machine wasn’t working and I have to have ice where I go and I have scoliosis so I like the hot tubs when I get a hotel and they’re pulling hot tub was out of order. That was one of the reasons why I booked there was because they had an indoor pool and hot tub, other than that, it was wonderful and I look...

“There was free self parking available which made it easy to access the numerous parking spots around the property's secure parking lot .(We saw a security guard standing outside). Coffee was available in the room and a mini fridge as well. AC worked just fine, and so did the heater. Facility is very strict with the check in and check out times , but that was just fine with us.”
