“It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.”

“We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

“This little apartment has everything you need for a perfect, smart, not expensive stay in Paris: metro 1 minute walk, easy car parking in the neighborhood, a little garden and an easily reachable owner. There’s no air conditioner but I’m sure the 2 windows opening on the garden are perfectly able to breeze the apartment.”

The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view.”

“The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet courtyard, but you're a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for two people. However, with two large suitcases, it was a little crowded, although we were really in the apartment to sleep. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved with the help of the property management team. They were awesome. I recommend this property and would stay here again.”

“Difficult to find the shuttle between T2B and T2D and the receptionists tries to help you find via telephone with big difficulties. Room was cold and we tried to heat it up with the thermostat. Air from vents was almost cold and outside was 5°. Called receptionist at 23h asking for help: NO RADIATOR available, NO extra blankets, NO help to fix the heating system. No manager to speak on duty…… wordless…… Suggestions: Bring a lot of night clothes. You are lucky we are not asking for refund.”
