"Siamo arrivati stanchi da morire dopo un viaggio lungo e alla reception non trovavano la mia prenotazione nonostante avessi anche la stampa del pagamento. Siamo stati quasi un ora ad aspettare che finalmente trovassero la prenotazione con il nome della mia mail! Una volta saliti in camera nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3 persone il divano letto non era fatto, mi sono lamentata alla reception al che mi hanno letteralmente consegnato in mano le lenzuola dicendomi che il letto dovevo farlo io!! "
