Lemon Bay is a special place on its own accord. When you combine that with the quaint, peaceful vibe Tiki on the Bay offers it makes this the perfect vacation destination.
Tiki on the Bay is a small, inviting community located minutes from gulf front beaches, Historic Dearborn Street, and fantastic restaurants.
We are confident our completely updated 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home will fulfill all of your needs. As soon as you enter the property you will appreciate the tasteful design choices, and fully functional home.
Our kitchen is uniquely equipped with full size appliances which includes a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable dining area that seats 4.
The Primary bedroom is its own retreat with an inviting King size bed, a full-size closet, and your own private ensuite bath. The bifold glass shower doors help enlarge the sense of space in the fully tiled shower.
The Living room is bright and sunny and has views of the bay from the comfortable seating areas. There is also a half bath (private and separate from the primary bedroom), and a wall mounted smart TV.
To meet any laundry needs, there is a full size front load washer and dryer available at the unit.
You can gather with other residents/guests in the shared common areas or escape in privacy to your own spacious paver patio with outdoor seating, dining table and Weber grill.
Tiki on the Bay also offers an updated heated pool.
PLEASE NOTE...............Our waterfront area is being reconstructed after damages received from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Our assigned parking spot is right next to the Unit and guest parking spots are located throughout the property if needed.
Trailers are not allowed on the property at any time.

Finally, we want to take a moment to summarize our rules so this is a fantastic experience for everyone: No Pets, No Smoking, and No Parties/Conduct that may be deemed offensive. We also require the primary renter to be over the age of 35.
We'll close by stressing this is a family friendly home in a quiet family friendly community. Please be a good neighbor at all times during your stay.
