Other Things to Note:

Pet Fees: $25 per dog, per night.

Pet fees are capped at $250 per dog for stays of up to 30 days.

The pet fee will be requested through Airbnb after booking.

Pets must be approved before arrival. The backyard is not fenced, so pets must remain leashed and supervised whenever they are outside.

No unauthorized guests or pets are permitted on the property.



Smoking Rules: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.



Pool Heat: During the winter months, the pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable temperature of approximately 83°F–85°F. Please note that the hot tub is heated to the same temperature as the pool and does not have a separate temperature setting. There is no additional charge for pool heat.
