“I had specifically booked an accessible room which showing a handicap insignia tells me that it is handicap which means a commode high enough for an adult to reach when sitting down and a walk in shower. When I registered I asked if it was handicapped and was told I booked hearing impaired. No where in the listing did it say hearing-impaired. I will not be booking at Sleep Inn again.”

“My wife and I stayed at this Hampton Inn by Hilton over the weekend of the 4th of July. I was impressed with such a great customer service by every employee at this Hotel. The front desk staff, to the Breakfast lady and the cleaning personnel all made us feel special. The breafast has so many variety and plenty of food. I will definitely be back to this Hotel and I have already told many of my friends and family that this place is amazing.”

“The hot tub was not working and the pool could have been skimmed occasionally but the room was clean. The tub faucet had a leak though. So did my sisters room. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was more then some hotels offer.”

“This property didn't have enough parking to accommodate the guests. That's awful. The was no signage on the front entrance. No awning to unload your luggage in case it's raining, in Florida it rains a lot. Customer service puts you on hold for a long time. Bad.”

“Really nice place. Loved our room. Only drawback was that a shuttle to the airport was advertised; and not available upon check in. Great breakfast in the restaurant, and the coffee is free. Sunset boat cruise is about a mile away at Fisherman’s Village. It is a walkable distance along the water with beautiful parks and views along the way. Make sure you hit the Celtic Ray Public House nearby. It’s a vibe. So is the area outside by the Tiki Bar. Ubers were cheap and available as needed.”
