Welcome to beautiful Forest Park Condos! Our place is a relaxing retreat in a great community with friendly residents. The development is in a quiet area and sits back off the road making it feel like a hidden gem, just like Englewood itself! The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (sheets and towels provided) and has recently been updated with all brand new appliances including microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer (conveniently located off the lanai). There are new floors and carpeting, new ceiling fans and small appliances including regular coffee maker and keurig coffee maker, toaster. New smart tv and wifi throughout. The development has a heated pool surrounded by trees for a serene experience but also plenty of chairs and tables to have a pleasant time with others. Partake in activities such as tennis and pickle ball (on the newly updated courts), shuffleboard or other activities in the clubhouse. We are located close to everything including several beaches which are less than a ten minute drive. For the beach, we provide beach chairs, two umbrellas, and plenty of beach towels. There are a multitude of amazing bars & restaurants in the area. You will never want to leave!
