“A major problem was the height of the toilet. It sat so close to the floor that it was hard to go! It would be wonderful for a five year old; but not so good when you’re in your 70’s! Also new mattress would do wonders for better sleep!”

“I feel like I got catfished. We were in Dayton for an impromptu baseball tournament and needed a place to stay for one night. Pool - was outside, this place is in hood and has live in residences. Did not feel safe although it was close to everything. Breakfast - they served biscuits, toast, and waffles and cereal. The juice machine wasn’t working and needed changing. Room had a no smoking sign but smelled liked 3 full cartons of cigarettes. Beds were uncomfortable. I was so happy to get out of...

“Great stay”

“Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."”

“The clerk at the counter, Leo, was very helpful and patient. We asked to switch rooms once and he also helped us figure out the ac! Our room was decent, small, but fine. The bed was extremely squeaky even when you were still! And the ac housing was a bit dirty. Also, for two adults, there were only enough towels for one. For the price, it was acceptable.”

“This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid.”

“It's a 2* property so you are going to get what you pay for. The check-in was great, very helpful person on the desk. There's plenty of parking. The property is showing its age. It could do with a general refresh. The room was OK, plenty of space and it was clean. The bedding, shower curtain and towels could all do with replacing....someone had burnt a couple of holes in the cover of the bedding, the shower curtain was stained and the towels should have been replaced awhile ago.”
