“Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again.”

“The room is surprisingly spacious. The cleanliness and hotel amenity is good but can be improved. The staff are very helpful. The breatkfast is classic continental breakfast so not much to choose from, but also not much to complain about. The traffic is convenient as the hotel is right next to the highway (so it might be a little noisy too), and there are several resturants around.”

“We were in the hotel room for less than 5 minutes and seen a bed bug. Instantly checked out at 1 am. Tried contacting the hotel through Expedia to no avail. Would not recommend staying here unless you really like bugs…then this place is for you!”

“A major problem was the height of the toilet. It sat so close to the floor that it was hard to go! It would be wonderful for a five year old; but not so good when you’re in your 70’s! Also new mattress would do wonders for better sleep!”

“The location was the only redeeming quality of this motel. Lots of people smoking outside, so the AC was pulling smoke smell into the room (which already reeked of smoke). The bathroom had a moldy ceiling and part of the wall was damaged and falling apart. Room doors go directly to outside, so I would call this a motel, not a hotel anyway. We had booked two nights, and only stayed one (we should have left immediately).”

“This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid.”

“I feel like I got catfished. We were in Dayton for an impromptu baseball tournament and needed a place to stay for one night. Pool - was outside, this place is in hood and has live in residences. Did not feel safe although it was close to everything. Breakfast - they served biscuits, toast, and waffles and cereal. The juice machine wasn’t working and needed changing.
