“Really lovely in a great location. No concierge-having to send ID in advance was odd— but it does feel like a hotel. Our room was off the rooftop garden, nice bonus walkout, high ceilings, nicely appointed kitchen”

“Easily walked the area to local restaurants and sights. Access to sky train easily accessible.”

“Perhaps, more space could be given to the breakfast room which seems a little small given the number of customers. However, quality of food and staff is very good.”

“The hotel is very busy at check out time so I followed instructions for fast check out in my room. Since the hotel does not email to you receipt I asked at the hotel reception if I could have copy of the receipt. They told me they could not print because i booked through expedia, however since the Hotel swiped my credit card at the check in for deposit, the print of the receipt should have been provided at the check out regardless. This is expected service from a 4 star hotel ”

Trattasi di miniappartamenti ben accessoriati con saloncino, cucina, camera da letto, bagno, ripostiglio, balcone, frigo, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffé con fornitura giornaliera gratuita di acqua e cialde, stoviglie, due TV, due ampi armadi, pulizia e cambio giornaliero biancheria da letto e bagno, prodotti per l'igiene. Che si può chiedere di più? Un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile!”

“We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty, and I was surprised that the balcony had not been equipped with spikes or something else to keep away the great number of pigeons swarming about. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee finished very early, and no more was brought. The setup was weird, because you had to bring down your own tray and cups, get food, and go eat it in your room. “The staff are great! We were able to get parking long before our check-in, which was very convenient and well priced. The room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect temps, even being out doors. TV was large but a little complicated. Still found the playoff game we wanted. All in all a great stay in a great location.”
