Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

“The owners are very friendly and they have the perfect location for Highmark Stadium and we decided to stay an extra few days after the preseason game between the Bills and Giants and it was very easy to get to Niagara Falls Buffalo Salamanca Hamburg and the Erie County Fair and food places will always try to stay here during NFL games”

“I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.”

“Well the first room we got the toilet wasn’t clean and the smell wasn’t the greatest We decided to go to the office and the staff was very helpful accommodating us with room 105 which was very nice and comfortable ”
