“Amazing hotel!! The room was huge and so comfortable, with a large bed, an armchair, a large TV with a desk and the te, coffee and kettle set. I booked mainly for the swimming pool and spa, which is very good (wish they had the steam room and the water of the swimming pool was heated though) and with long hours. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices, although unfortunately the dining room was very crowded as the hotel is really big: I believe they should add more water/juice station to...

“Leider konnten wir nicht ins Zimmer. Nach 1/2 Stunde am Telefon und gefühlt 100 Versuchen den immer gleichen Code einzutippen wurde endlich jemand „vor Ort“ benachrichtigt. Es vergingen dann noch einmal 20 Minuten um festzustellen, dass die Türe sich mit dem Code nicht öffnen ließ. Es gibt einen sehr großen Getränkeautomaten im Frühstücksraum mit tatsächlich einer einzigen Flasche Bier drinnen. Alkoholfreie Getränke gibt es aus der Wasserleitung. “Das Zimmer war weitgehend in Ordnung. Allerdings blieb der Service und das Frühstück weit unter den Erwartungen. Nicht geeignet für alle die ein großzügiges Frühstücks-Buffet mögen. Das Frühstück war gemessen an einem Viersternehotel sehr, sehr dürftig, und es gab keine engagierten Personen, die den Service dort aufrecht erhalten konnten.
