Hotel a Reichshof

"The shower did not work properly with the water just nearly warm. I was told because of same maintenance but everything was solved, for two days nothing changed, it was a problem with the water mixer ( which I immediately clearly explained ). My room wasn't cleaned and they told me that this service is only under a specific request and this is written somewhere in the room, ok but as 99,9% of the Hotels do not have this approach, you have clearly to tell me this when I check in and not let me discover it by myself, I do not have time to read everything, especially that it is a very rare.I could have dinner in the restaurant because that was reserved for people of a conference...so basically nex time will chose for another one. "
