“Room was nice and clean but the air conditioner/heater kept running even when we turned it off. Biggest complaint is the horrible, terrible, low-to-the floor toilet withe the cheapest plastic toilet seat ever! We paid almost 200/per night, we think the owner could afford decent toilets. Amenities: loved the tasty free cookies. The free coffee was an instant coffee making machine in coffee room. “Newly constructed property. The walls were thin - noise could be an issue. We stayed on the first cold weekend of fall. The downstairs bunk room had no heating- just a blank switch plate where the thermostat should have been. The host was unaware of this. The portable air conditioner in the living room let enough cold air in during a wind gust - that the living room was uncomfortable.These are all issues that I am sure this host will iron out - she was very responsive and easy to work with. “It’s in a great location close to town and it is very modern and styled nicely. I had to communicate with the host more than I would normally, only because my plans changed. But she was very polite and pleasant considering my changes.”
