“A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price.”

“Messaged the host multiple times with over 24 Hours for a single response. Dirty floors, smoke detector hanging from the wall, no batteries in the living room remote, and no hot water in the shower. Conflicting information in the property amenities and information. Fine location for adults but definitely not for someone with small children. When I asked the host if the area was safe to walk at night with luggage and two small children there was no response for almost 48 Hours and that was that...

“When we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed the overwhelming new paint smell, but couldn't do anything to help air it out. The property itself looked nothing like the photos. The deadbolt on the front door looked as if it had been kicked in and haphazardly repaired. Some windows were painted shut, others were unable to be locked. Both of those pose a safety concern, especially in that area. There were roach traps everywhere, exposed flooring covered by carpet strips, and the futon...

“This was an excellent spot for my wife and I for a long weekend. The place has been renovated so it's not at all what's displayed online. But it was actually better the way we found it. All arrangements and comms w owner were first class. Will stay again for sure and recommend highly.”

“Thank you to the hosts for a great stay. I was traveling through the area while moving. So I had a small 8'x10" enclosed trailer that the host was gracious enough to lend me space to park it at their office. That made my trip so easy. The property is as described. The view from the front was very pretty, overlooking the river. The little park across the street was nice and easy to walk my dogs. I felt safe and the old building was cute but very well refurbished on the inside. I appreciate any...

“Fair place for the price. Clean and comfortable beds. However the rest of the apartment really needs a deep clean and some updates. Floors, tables, counters were all sticky. Walls need to be scrubbed. Minimal kitchen/cooking utensils. Toilet seat was very loose. I did reach out to Jordan about early arrival and he was quick to respond but did charge us 25 to arrive 2 hours early. This is a place that has good potential if a little more work was put into it.”
