“Ottimo servizio ”

“I often stay at this hotel, which is clean, with spacious rooms. I like the location, and most of the staff members are extremely friendly. One negative is that although I have stayed probably 100+ nights over the past few years, the reservations system doesn't recognize me if I book via an agency (e.g. Expedia), which I always do, because the prices are terrible via the hotel's website. Several times I have been given an awful room (brick wall view) and had to change it. Obviously a chain-wide...

“Very clean hotel. Reasonable size of the room. Free coffee, tea, happy hour for those keen on beer. We enjoyed breakfast as well for only 1400 yen per person which was served as buffet. Close to 7/11, ATM , train station and restaurants. ”
