“お部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。スタッフさんもとても親切でした。近くにコンビニもあるし、小樽駅もそれほど離れていないし、美術館も近いし、楽しめた旅となりました。ただ冷蔵庫がもう少し大きかったらなぁと思いましたが他は良かったので、また是非リピしたいです。”

“There's a lot to like about the Unwind Hotel. The location is excellent as is the overall decor and atmosphere of the hotel. The service was prompt and very friendly. Even though we don't speak Japanese there were no problems. The restaurant was fantastic. In particular the breakfast that came with our room was like nothing I've experienced before. A variety of small dishes that were delicious. The free wine happy hour in the bar was a nice bonus. The room was a bit small, but that was expected...

“정말 깨끗하고 아기자기한 숙소입니다. 조용한 주인은 무엇하나 부족할 것 없이 게스트를 위해 지원을 해주었습니다. 체크인 시 1층의 목욕탕 비용을 지불하고 목욕용품을 받다두었다가 저녁에 목욕을 했습니다. 꼭 하십시요. 오타루에 볼 것이 좀 더 많다면 이 숙소에 오래 머물고싶습니다.”
