“Per due giorni consecutivi la camera non è stata né riordinata né pulita. hanno soltanto rifatto il letto e cambiato gli asciugamani. il bagno non è stato pulito, la scrivania (sulla quale si mangiava per via norme Covid) non è stata pulita e bottiglie vuote non ritirate. Ho dovuto lamentarmi in modo perentorio per richiedere un servizio normale. “From the start to the end, our stay was amazing! Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy.
