“The evening staff was not very polite or informative at all, especially about the broken elevators. One of which didn't work at all and the other one had to have a secret code to open the doors on the third floor! We had no idea of that said code! Till we confronted the front desk after we experienced the panic of the doors not opening when they should and she said it's not her problem and proceed to let us know how to get it to work. The breakfast and morning staff was great and friendly.”

“Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel.”

“When i entered the lobby you could smell that it was an old hotel and it smelled like mold. Unfortunately the the bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling like it had a water leak and the vent fan had years of dust caked on it. I reported to the front desk that i had been bitten while sleeping. I reported that they may want to close room 202 down until it was taken care of. The water constantly ran in the tub. “This motel is an older, 2-story establishment, but very clean. They appear to be doing some renovations.The window A/C unit was fairly loud & kept waking us up. It is in a good location for people traveling on I-20. It has a very limited breakfast, in a small lobby. For the price, this was a reasonable deal.”

“I’m not one to usually complain, but with a last min booking I needed a room fast. The pictures on the site didn’t look too bad for the price. However the website it a complete SCAM!!!! Nothing is the same in the pictures as when you are actually there. No lobby, no front desk, no breakfast, and no pool. Well there is a pool but I’ll show what it looks like. “Room was old and dated, unpleasant smell as you enter the hotel and rooms as well as the hall. Mexicans were sitting outside parking lot on the grass drinking heavily. Good location it did the job”

“Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted.”
