“This hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed with newer furnishings. Close to Fashion Island. More selection for dining would be nice. Overall lovely hotel.”

“The person helping with the checking was great, very nice. There was no beach view from our room and we were placed right next to stairs so it was loud with people coming and going. There is no self parking for the property but there is for the beach and that was not too difficult to try and find a spot. ”

“The floor was filthy, the sheets had a 2 foot rip in the corner that should have been obvious to whoever made the bed. The bathroom door had obviously been punched in a few places and just spackled over. The shower curtain had pink stains on it and a spot that looked like someone wrote their name with a pen. “The Wi-Fi did not work. So the entertainment center in the room did not work. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I could never find anybody at the front desk, even at checkout.”
