“What we thought was a room upgrade (corner room with spectacular beach views) during daylight hours turned into a nightmare for sleeping as the constant noise from the partiers and motorcycles/low riders late into the night - even on a Wednesday- made for one of the worst night’s sleep ever. Not sure why they didn’t give us the room we reserved since each one is different and we got a double instead of a king”

“The manager Paul Deutche was top shelf. Really took time and care for anything needed. Jenna was a fantastic waitress. The Valet were so helpful. I’m sorry I can’t recall properly, Jake? , helped me with the Tesla we rented ( first time electric). Ac wedding was going on, conferences being attended, and my wife and I were treated as important as anything else going on that day. Can’t wait to return and have a shot of great Bourbon again! Did I mention they carry premium Bourbon?!”

“The person helping with the checking was great, very nice. There was no beach view from our room and we were placed right next to stairs so it was loud with people coming and going. There is no self parking for the property but there is for the beach and that was not too difficult to try and find a spot. ”

“Ci abbiamo fatto 5 notti, comodo non lontano dalla costa, camera spaziosa e rimodernata, piscina senza lettini solo sedie, colazione nella norma. ”

“L’hotel è situato in una posizione comoda per visitare Newport Beach e i dintorni. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, dotata anche di frigo e microonde. Personale gentile. Ottima qualità prezzo. ”

“We came here from just staying at another Ayres in Moreno Valley. Immediately upon arriving we noticed that the staff was not friendly.. Both at the front desk and in their hotel restaurant. When we arrived, I tried to check us in but realized the booking reservation was under my husbands name, I called him in and the front desk staff then turned directly to my husband, with me beside him and told him “since the booking is in your name, only you are permitted to ask questions or request any...
