“I wouldn't reccomend staying here as a female solo traveler or couple. Although most things are fairly similar to the pictures, it is true that you need to read reviews carefully and know what to look for. There were strange sounds coming from some of the rooms that were somewhat concerning. The lock on the door to our room was not secure. “Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“The atmosphere feels safe and clean but, unfortunately the person at the time I checked in wasn't the most willingly to communicate with the questions and assisting with the accommodation as we a 3 reservation made in this hotel..we are aware of things that the hotels usually offer as to make costumers feel comfortable and welcoming but this wasn't the case...is it something that you should be aware of...”
