Hotel vicino a Equalizer Lake - Loveland

“The hotel was nice & in a great location. We were there for 10 days. I had to ask several times for housekeeping to clean our room. The first time all they did was make to bed and left clean towels. I asked again and said please make sure they sweep & mop the bathroom floor. Never happened, not once in 10 days! Slowest housekeeping EVER! Just pure laziness, they “cleaned” 3 times in 10 days, which involved making the bed and throwing clean towels on the bed. Never cleaned the bathroom...

“I have stayed here twice and been happy both times. The staff are friendly and helpful. Kids like the pool, although the hot tub wasn't working this time. The bar and lounge are great places to relax and meet friends.”

“King suite is perfect for our needs. Couch is not very comfortable but tge bed is. Frig is great because it has a good size freezer. Stayed in this room many times. Sadly a year ago we reported the TV remote was missing the back and it still is. Also reported one light bulb missing and one needed to be replaced and same was true on this visit. We like it here but it's time to begin refreshing the rooms.”

“The property has a very nice setting. Could be a great place, but lacks maintenance. The outside chairs were all dirty needed some new cushions etc. The room was good and I think clean. It is not a $150. Hotel. The bar was ok not great.”

“The hotel and staff are excellent ! The bed was exceptional restful along w great pillows ! Only negative - we wanted to listen to records but the player was only Bluetooth That would not sink w our phone as that was only way to get it to work - To bad it wasn’t a real recited player - sometimes tr h is not always best ! Old school works too - will visit again”
