“Classico motel americano, ristrutturato nelle camere ”

“This was hands down one of the most incredible stays I have ever experienced. I was upgraded to a massive 3 bedroom suite with a magnificent ocean view.The entire Ocean side is sliding glass. Each and every staff member I encountered was so courteous, helpful and skillful. The suite was exquisite. The Balcony was so comfortably furnished and very expansive. The kitchen was incredibly high end with gorgeous cabinetry and deluxe Miele appliances. Can't wait to go back!”

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

Unfortunately, the interaction was marked by rude and disrespectful conduct, which is not acceptable in a customer service environment. “Welcoming staff, great location, yummy breakfast and ample parking.”

“Staff was great and room was somewhat clean. But there is no point in having a kitchen there because there was nothing to use to cook your food no plates, pots or pans. And in room 302 the tv is hanging lop sided held on by only two screws out of four very sketchy you have a coffee maker but no coffee.”

“We paid $1200 and could not use the balcony. We had workers outside the balcony cleaning and doing construction with yellow tape - we were unable to go outside. The noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. We were told there was no other rooms and yet someone else had only booked that night and got the 6th floor - we won’t be back.”
