“Our room was very rundown and dirty. The toilet seat was only connected with one bolt, there were fingernail clippings on the bathroom counter, the tv remote was duct taped together, and the hardware was falling off the entry door. There was so much furniture in the room it was impossible to walk around to the other side of the bed. The hallways leading to our room were under construction with no flooring and covered in building debris. This is unexpected for a Marriott property. If you plan to...

“This hotel was so beautiful and well kept! They upgraded my rooms out of the blue to suites and they were phenomenal! The beds are so soft and the pillows perfectly firm, yet squishy. The pool was great but crowded, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely eould book again.”

“The hotel is fine, just not very clean. The linens in our first room were dirty and there was a large stain on the chair. We asked to change rooms and they did change it with no problem. We had a 3 night reservation and only stayed 1 night just because it was pretty dirty. We ended up staying at the Spring Hill suites around the corner for our remaining 2 nights. I will say the staff were very friendly.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. Exercise room was spacious with good equipment. There were no wipes for the equipment that would be helpful for the future”
