“I didnt realize that Candlewood Suites has no morning breakfast and that was a let down. I like IHG hotels but may not stay at CW Suites in the future if they dont have breakfast”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our truck had a Dead battery and this awesome young lady who works there came over to us and offered to help. Her husband was there to pick her up and he was able to jump start our truck. They were both awesome. Sorry I can't remember her name but we are very grateful for their help. ”

“My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. “Checked in late Saturday and TV and phone not working. They said they will fix it tomorrow. Late return and they said that the maintenance man didn’t come in and gave me a different room. At least the tub isn’t pealing and looks filthy like the other room. Exterior is riddled with overflowing trash cans and a pee bottle in the parking lot. At least it was only $278 for four nights.
