“Disappointed that there was supposed to be a spa …no hot tub.”

“We requested a handicapped accessible room, however, the bathroom was not what we expected. Instead of a walk-in shower, there was a tub with multiple grab bars and a shower seat that could be used to slide over the tub. The toilet seat was loose and I was not able to tighten it. The hallway carpet was dirty. The floor of the elevator was missing tile, dirty floor, and had an odor in it. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel and also to wait to shower once we got home later that...

“The facility was ok at best. Our one night stay was a disappointment actually since we were looking forward to our stay. The washroom was not cleaned properly, especially the pot. The blue sofa come bed was filled with some sort of crumbs. We went back to the reception. The lady apologized and gave us a new room (#416 to now #410). The new room had a damp smell. We figured we'll just let it be this time around. We got new sheets for our bed from the reception. Came back up and saw yellow stains....

“The ac filter needed cleaned badly so we pulled it out so the ac would work better. The entire unit needed cleaned as it was keaving a musty smell in the room. ”

“Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...
