Hotel a Fort Thomas

“Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged.”

“I guess they were doing some updates at the hotel. They did not have any non-smoking rooms. Paint in the tub/shower was peeling in moat areas. Tight quarters for the toilet and tub in same "closet". Only need it for one night thankfully.”

“We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was large and had the expected amenities. The shower delivered plenty of hot water at a fast speed from a large shower head. A little too fast for the drainage which was a tad bit sluggish. The room was very quiet and blocked interior hotel sounds as well as outside traffic sound. The AC worked great. The bed was The perfect combination of furnace and softness. No complaints from us. ”

“The reviews online seemed fantastic and for the price I was thrilled. Checking in was through a video, there was no one at the desk but it went smooth and staff was friendly. Our room however had an awful smell in it of cigarettes, the sheets were dirty with stains and crumbs in both beds. We found John who was the maintenance man. “Great staff. Very helpful. Worked with us. Pool had tons of chlorine in it. Bathroom door would not shut unless you lifted seat. Tv hard to work and reception wasn’t very good. But staff and cleanliness was worth it. Toilet backed up but they fixed it quickly. Would stay again.”

“This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and were glad to have hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, bacon, and cereal.
