Hotel a Fort Mitchell

“I stayed for a week and my room was full of dust and sheets stained. I was very dissatisfied.”

“They put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking, but they were very accommodating and moved me the next day, when one was available there is no breakfast in the morning which that would be nice if there was other than that it’s a great motel, and I would recommend it to anyone”

“Bedding was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Room carpet was not clean. There was a lot of dust on things. There was a hair on the phone that didn’t work. TV also didn’t work. I called for maintenance and no one came.”

I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. “My family stayed here this week because our air conditioning went out at home. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and my son loved the breakfast! Highly recommend.”

“The hotel is off the highway which upon booking doesn’t really describe the location. The staff was ok. The property from the outside looks decent only because they probably remodelled the hotel. Otherwise, the floors and carpet in the lobby not clean. The elevators were old. The rooms are dated and the carpets in the hallway were dirty and stained. The bathroom was not clean at all from the sink being rusted and mold around the corners on the floor.”
