Hotel a Poplar Grove

“Quiet hotel. Good sleep. That's what I wanted and what I got.”

“Neglected motel. We were in unit 111. the bed was really good but the one recliner type chair was worn out and the office chair was broken so it ttied to dump you on the floor. Travelers need good supportive furniture. We are tired from long drives or busy dsys at the sites we've been to. This motel is by the Ark Encounter. Tons of walking snd standing. I do Not want to try and sit in bed to read or work on a laptop. That hurts my back, which leads to stress, which causes lack of sleep....

“Looks like the property has been renovated. New carpets, paint, fixtures. It is not a luxury hotel, but a great value for the money.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Check-in an check-out were very easy. Breakfast was good. We were only there one nite but everything was perfect for what we needed.”

“The room was beautiful the tub was great the bed and bedding was so soft had a great night sleep the only thing is they could update the headboards starting to peel off and there was no robes like the last time we stayed there and there was no trash bags but had a good time anyway”

“The Inn is indeed of complete remodeling. Only thing updated was the flooring. Whatever the motel uses for deoderizing is horrible! My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. Holes noted in walls, toilet paper holder had been broken, leaving a hole in wall, the exhaust fan was displaced and a small spider was living at the top of it. Noted a dead...

“The hotel is older but still in good condition. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was also quick. They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from with workers checking on the food and keeping it well stocked. There was plenty of food to choose from. The pool looked clean and inviting...

“My girls and I absolutely loved staying here! Very clean! And the place had everything we needed, towels, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, plates, ect. It was very quiet and peaceful!”
