“I really enjoyed the modern look of the room. The pocket bathroom door made the space feel open and spacious, and the layout was thoughtfully designed to maximize every inch of the room. Comfortable, clean, and very well planned overall.”

“Breakfast was ok, stale items. I'll never understand why we were put upstairs as far away as possible when there were empty rooms everywhere. There's not much to chose from in Paris to stay but I would not stay here.”

“My only complaint is the pillows. The bed pillows were more like little couch pillows. Bring your own!”

“No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . ”

“Room was decently clean. Staff was distracted by what appeared to be an employee party being hosted there. The pool was ice cold and the advertised hot tub no longer exists. The main areas were all clean and the breakfast was good.”

“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”

“I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also delicious (not bland like most places). The employee on duty when I checked in at night was really friendly, the employee the next morning however barely looked up from his phone as I tried to check out. The only thing I wish I had known when I checked in is that this hotel locks up like it's Fort Knox after 11 pm. I had forgotten something in my car that I went down to grab and when I came back I was unable to get...

“The location of the castle was very convenient however this is NOT a castle. It is merely an event space built to resemble a castle. We arrived eaely on a Sunday and our room was not ready. We were told they would contact us when it was available but never did. Our room was next to the elevator, so was noisy. Bring your earplugs!”

“Didn’t use the free breakfast so we can’t comment on that but the staff was helpful and friendly. The air conditioning unit was noisy and beyond our control a thunderstorm was going on through the night and people’s dogs were going crazy. These things DIDNT contribute to a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean though.”
