“We booked though Expedia for a King bed room, the gave us a double queen. When we said we booked a king, they gave us a smoky smelling king with a broken window blind, handicap shower and a bed about a foot and a half off the floor. The eventually moved us to a double queen (again, we booked and wanted a king bed) Additionally, the pool was “out of order” and had been for a long time + the water filter station was out of order as well. “Property is well kept! Staff makes ya feel at home! The lobby smells like granny's cookies baking! The rooms are clean and linens are crisp!”
