“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation...

“Being pet friendly was a plus. The room floor was dirty dont walk without shoes i had to throw a pair of my sons socks in the garbage, there was no microwave or fridge in the room, the shower heads aren't adjustable probably to save on water useing low pressure. At first my son had excess to the wifi useing his VR glasses then the internet access was restricted all of a sudden but i was able to still use my laptop with the same wifi. “This place is kind of a dump. It was reasonably clean but look ed very very dilapidated. The staff, if you want to call it that, was not helpful at all. There are no amenities not even coffee except for a few hours and no breakfast. If you have a choice, I wouldn't stay here.”
