“This is my second time staying at Voco the Clair, and I'll definitely be back. The location is great, front desk staff is wonderful, and it's both clean and quiet. The only downside is the parking garage is a little difficult to get into if using GPS, especially when it's busier with street traffic. ”

“Clean hotel with friendly staff. The pool was a decent size and there was a hot tub, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good--eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, juice, make your own Belgian waffle, etc. Laundry facilities were clean. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers, $1.25 per load.
The bed was super comfortable, probably one of the better nights of sleep I've had in a while.
The area around the hotel was fine. Near a Home Depot and Sam's club. About 20-30 minutes from Cincinnati. ”

“The only complaint I have is we came down from the casino to grab our bags at 1055 and we were already locked out the room. The checkout time is 1100. It was easy for her to reset it but that was annoying!!”

It’s low budget but the cleanliness, quiet (which is amazing since it’s right by the railroad and highway), breakfast offerings and friendly staff make it nicer than many pricier places I have stayed in. I always feel safe, too. Looking at it from the outside I would not necessarily understand how nice it is for a decent sleep during a road trip. Glad we found it. ”

“Very upset!! Was told to just call for our shuttle pick up from airport. Called for over an hour and had to spend additional $30 on Uber.when arrived back at desk nobody to be found even has people waiting to check in. Want a refund!!”

Rooms clean and well equipped! Brand new and very spacious. Valet always available! The service was amazing.
