“We went on a family trip in August 2025 and the property couldn't have been better. Easy check in and very clean. Hosts responded right away if there was a question and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. The location was excellent - easy to find and on a big lot which made it a perfect house for kids. Able to play outside, ride bikes on the house lot and the road, which was a cul-de- sac. “The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back. ”

“Amazing, quaint and cozy farmhouse. We loved the layout, the game room and proximity to the mountain. All the beds were well appointed with comfy bedding. Lots of room for parking. The private hot tub was a nice amenity to have after a day of skiing. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely return.”
