“The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. “I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. “The floor was so sticky. There were cigarette burns in all of the sheets. No towels were provided. Hardly any toilet paper. You had to turn the sink off and on from the shut off valve under the sink. Half of the curtain was nailed to the wall. Air conditioner heater only blew air and did not change temperature whatsoever.
