“The location was safe and the bedroom portion was clean, but the bathroom ceiling had water damage in the shower, the breakfast was literally two types of plain cereal and that was it, and the first room we were sent to was flooded. In addition the outside trashes were overflowing and the vending machine didn’t work properly. ”

“What a great place! I know it looks somewhat unassuming, but the care they take to make your stay excellent is like a resort. The breakfast has a lot of great options and every single employee was friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a snafoo with our sofa bed and they upgraded us to a larger suite.
