“Good location, could walk to the beach, but right next to I5, so prepare for the noise, all doors open to the outside, so the freeway comes right thru the door and window. Breakfast had good options, was always hot and well attended by the staff Pool and Hot Tub looked nice, did not use it. Had an issue with the top of the window sill leaking into the room, making the floor and entry tile all wet. Staff had it repaired, but did not dry carpet or tile, or offer to move us to another room. ...

“The place looked good from outside. I didn’t expect to have some issues before checking in. It was on going some renovation on one side, our room was right next to a bunch of construction stuff in the hallway. The other side of the hallway looked clean and quiet, so I asked to move to the other side. The next room was fine except the window was extremely dirty. It smeared with heavy dirts as a view. The sink had no stopper, just a hole and some foul odor could be smelled. Then the only elevator...
