“The front desk staff was great! Housekeeping staff was terrible. We asked for coffee filters for the coffee maker. It took 45 minutes for them to bring one coffee filter so we could make coffee. We had housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:30 to clean the room. First, check-out isn’t till 10, we had late check-out, which gave us the room till 11! Our stay was very short and we were at a wedding all day so we didn’t have an opportunity to use all the cool amenities.”
