“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up. The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended.”

“This is a motel, not a hotel. There are several abandoned buildings next door and the area is not great. As a woman travelling solo, I was not comfortable with the area and the lack of security that motels have, so I chose not to stay. The motel refused to refund me. I cannot speak to whether or not it is as clean as the pictures show, as I did not stay.”

“Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. “We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.”

“Parking was easy, but lots of potholes. Room was clean but outdated”

“We normally stay at more boutique hotels but trie this and were pleasantly surprised. Couple of bars onsite and a starbucks plus a general store with good stuff. Made things easy…only kinda crummy thing was tight parking if you are driving a bigger vehicle their lot is not easy. I drive a landrover and my wife would have hit vehicles or walls navigating. ”

“The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.”

“The room was advertised as having breakfast and it did not have breakfast! There was no breakfast at the property. They had a cupboard that was overly priced. The staff was okay and the cleanliness of the property was okay. The rooms themselves were clean. I would also like to say that even though it is adjacent to downtown the immediate surroundings of the property itself were less than to be desired.”
