“My goodness, where do I start? Lia (Resort Host), Kristal (Event Coordinator Manager),Tyeisha (Check In), Katelyn (Bar Tender), Brandon (Red Hospitality Transportation), and a host of other staff members were fantastic!! They made our 25th wedding anniversary perfect. There were so many hiccups with our flight that caused a domino effect of issues, but the staff 100% fixed all issues that arose. “Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. Getting to other two hotels for dinner (for a little variety) was easy. It was also very convenient having VI Cat on sight for sunset cruise.”
