“Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! “We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for.
