“2nd time to stay here in last 6 months. Rooms are clean, A/C and ceiling fans keep room cool. The bed is comfortable. It’s an older hotel that they are trying to update. Would/will stay there again. Also, for St Croix, the price is reasonable. Did not eat at restaurant so I can’t comment on that.”

“Owner was very friendly and hospitable. Room was clean (we did not like the rugs). Bed was comfortable. We do suggest the shower contain a shelf for all of the guest’s shower items. We had to put everything on the shower floor. We suggest having a clothing cabinet in the room to store clothing for guests. They did supply, I believe, 8 hangers and the room had plenty of rod space for hanging clothes. Overall, we give the hotel a 4.5 out of 5.”

“We enjoyed all the access the Buccaneer had to offer. The beaches are beautiful. The one thing I would do differently is rent a car. Also, I wish the property had access to rent a golf cart if you weren’t golfing. The expense of some of the food was something to plan for or to purchase a meal plan for the next trip. It was a great vacation, overall.”

“Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured.
