Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price.”

My only room complaint was a more private toilet door and the facet’s stream was very unusual for a hotel sink. “Having to wait for golf carts if you didn't want to climb up or down the many, many stairs to get from the mountain side rooms to the lobby area, restaurant, beach and ground floor pool and back again was aggravating at times. “Sheets had some yellow stains; we could not use the A/C during the night because it was too noisy. Breakfast is not sufficient and the area dedicated to it is too small, there is place for about 4/5 people, so you are obliged to have breakfast in your room, which is also very small. Generally speaking, for the price we paid we expected something more, the hotel lacks of common spaces, there is no reception or hall, so if the weather is not good you have to stay in your small room.”

Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. “The beach is rocky and has lots of growth. The pool is nice. The paths could use some extra lighting. The room towels were not high quality. There was no activity schedule. Concierge was not super friendly. Telephone never worked, even when we reported it, it didn’t get fixed. This made it difficult to request a cart on departure. Overall a nice property, comfortable room with extra attention to details this resort could be 5 star. I’d give it a solid 4 maybe 4.25.”
